Commitment
Technology should be accessible to everyone. We follow international accessibility standards and keep improving.
Standards
We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and to meet the accessibility laws of the countries where we operate, including Ghana and the United States.
Features
The site supports keyboard navigation across interactive elements, screen readers through ARIA labels and semantic HTML, alternative text for images, readable colour contrast, and resizable text.
Known limitations
Some third-party content may not be fully accessible. Older PDFs may not work with screen readers. We are working to close these gaps.
Feedback
If you run into an accessibility barrier, contact us and include "Accessibility feedback" in your message. We respond within two business days.
