WE Org provides AI-powered automation solutions for governments, enterprises, researchers, and communities across Africa. Our Services include but are not limited to:

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Some Services may require registration or account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Ghana.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
