This website is run by two companies. WE Org Limited is based in Accra, Ghana, and its services are described on the Africa pages. WE Org Corporation is a Maryland corporation in the United States, and its services are described on the US pages. In these terms, "WE Org", "we", and "us" mean the company whose services you are using.
Services
WE Org provides AI systems and digital platforms for governments and enterprises across Africa. These include Adisa ERP, Kuro, and others, alongside cybersecurity, compliance, consulting, the GNSS AI Fellowship, and research initiatives. In the United States, WE Org Corporation provides security, risk, and compliance services.
Acceptable use
Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt our infrastructure, scrape content without permission, or break applicable laws.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by WE Org and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse it without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy policy.

Governing law
We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If you use the services of WE Org Limited, these terms are governed by the laws of Ghana and unresolved disputes go to the courts of Ghana. If you use the services of WE Org Corporation, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and unresolved disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maryland.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
